Description
Birth and Death Certificates may be ordered at the Center for Human Development, Inc., for all births and deaths occurring in Union County within the last six (6) months. Birth and Death Certificate fees are $25.00 per certificate.
Birth Certificates for individuals born in Oregon who are greater than six (6) months old can be requested at:
