CHD computing systems are the property of the Center for Human Development, Inc., in La Grande, Oregon, and may ONLY be accessed by authorized users. Unauthorized access and attempted access to these systems is strictly prohibited and may be subject to criminal prosecution. All access is monitored.

Technical support will be provided for all CHD-owned equipment

CHD is not able to provide troubleshooting on personal / private computers, routers, and Internet connections due to various hardware and software configurations beyond verifying CHD technical services are functioning correctly.

Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing connectivity issues using the AnyConnect software, try rebooting your DSL or Cable modem and your computer. Verify you have a working Internet connection.
