Description
Nurses and Family Advocates help clients locate services, resources, educational information, and ongoing support that meets the need of the family.  Services are provided in the home at a time that is convenient for the family.

Families may receive
Home Visits that are individualized to each family

Prenatal Education

Infant Care Education

Child Growth and Development Information and activities

Developmental Screening and Referral

Health Information

Parenting Education

Nutrition and Fitness Education

Dental Screening and Referrals

Continued Parenting Support

Literacy Information

Immunization Information

Demographic
Home Visiting services are provided free to families in Union County who meet the following criteria:

Pregnant women (Maternity Case Management)

Have a child or children age 0 to 4 (Babies First)

Have a child with special healthcare needs age 0 to 21 (CaCoon)
