Oregon Homecare Commission website. Online registry for individuals to search for potential PSWs, for PSWs to search for individuals looking for support, and PSWs can post their resumes. You must have a provider number to access this website.

Carewell SEIU 503 website. Training and Benefits provided by SEIU 503 for homecare and personal support providers. Check your eligibility for benefits and complete required training, as well as continuing education.

eXPRS website. eXPRS is the State's platform and website for providers to clock in and out, enter their time, and mileage utilizing EVV. There is also a plethora of available helpful videos and worker guides on how to use and access eXPRS.

If your login or password will not work
If you have not received your login and password
CHD cannot reset passwords, or unlock eXPRS accounts
Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
A new federal law requires that states implement an electronic way for verifying attendant care services. EVV is required for all Medicaid personal care services and home health services that require an in-home visit by a provider.
EVV will record the following federally required items in real-time:
Date of the service
Location of the servicePerson receiving services
PSW name
Time the service begins and ends
Type of service
Please note: EVV will work on smartphones and tablets
When to Call Union County DD (CHD) Office
Phone: 541-962-8848
If you cannot key your time in eXPRS due to no plan line
If you have suspended hours and/or mileage
When you have a change of banking institution, change of address, change of name, change of CLE
To check on the status of your PSW process
