Eligibility for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services

Eligibility Specialists at CHD work with experts from the medical and psychiatric communities to determine service eligibility for adults and children with developmental disabilities. Eligibility Specialists help adults, children, and families navigate the process from application to determination, taking in referrals from the medical community, behavioral health specialists, and community partners like DHS and school districts.

Available for community members with an intellectual or developmental disability
